BURNING DYED

BURNING DYED

Burning Dyed
~ Burn leather jacket ~

There are two types of burning dyed (product combustion dyeing) and finishing methods.

The first is the finishing of the STL032 series, which is still a standard process.

The leather is sewn into a rider's mold after adjusting and finishing with oil etc. in the state of the leather base.

Spray a mixture of high-concentration alcohol and dye and dye while burning.

Repeat dyeing while burning about 30 times, and dye the leather for about an hour, taking care not to cure the leather with the heat of the fire.

Add the final finish and you're done.

The burnt dye is fixed, and the unique shades and unevenness create an expression, and it features an elegant and sensual atmosphere that is not found in product dyeing.

The other is the finish of the STL038 series announced at 17S / S COLLECTION.

First of all, as with the STL032 series, the leather is sewn into the mold of the product with the leather that has been adjusted and finished by adding oil etc. in the state of the leather base.

In the same way, spray a mixture of high-concentration alcohol and dye and dye while burning.

Repeat dyeing while burning about 30 times to dye.

From here, we will take several steps to wash and shrink the product to give it a vintage-like texture.

As with product dyeing, each piece of leather is hand-kneaded and loosened, and then processed in several steps to give the surface a glossy finish that is supple and soft.

Finally, fine-tune the size and attach buttons and other accessories to complete the process.

With the finish, it will be finished in a completely different atmosphere like this.

The result is a look that combines the unique shades and unevenness of burning dyed with the taste of product dyeing.

The more you wear them, the greater the difference in shades, and the more you will show a bold look.

Using our unique technique, we spend time and effort manually one by one, and we can create a unique look of STRUM.
