Burning Dyed (product burning dyeing) has two types of finishes.

The first is the STL032 series finish, which is still the standard process.

The leather is adjusted by adding oil, etc. to the base of the leather and then sewn into a riders' mold.

The leather is then sprayed with a mixture of highly concentrated alcohol and dye, and dyed as it burns.

The burning and dyeing process is repeated about 30 times, one piece at a time, taking care not to harden the leather from the heat of the fire, and the process takes about an hour.

The final finishing touches are added to complete the process.

The burnt dye is fixed, and the unique shading and unevenness create an expression that is characterized by its elegance and colorful atmosphere.
