Based on the 6oz organic cotton denim western shirt "TRAVIS", the designer has remade each piece individually and will be sold exclusively at STRUM FLAGSHIP SHOP.

Bleached and washed from the rigid state.

The white-tanned and black-dyed deers and French army dead stock ponchos are dismantled and remade, then finished with pigments, splashed and stained.

The finished product has been splashed and stained with pigments. Many processes were added by hand to create a vintage look.

  • All items are one-of-a-kind with different designs, including repairs and processing.
  • Any color differences or distortions in stitching are intentional.
  • We recommend that you put the items in a net and wash them by hand in a short time, separately from other items.
  • Please avoid tumblers and bleach.
  • Leather is used for remaking. There is a possibility of color migration due to rubbing or washing.
  • Washing may cause shrinkage of the leather part or change in texture. Please be careful.

STJ003-OG03 (TRAVIS)

Both the warp and weft are made of organic cotton from Turkey. The warp threads are made of an uneven yarn that is naturally uneven in thickness to give a vintage look, and when worn, the vertical fading of the color will assert itself.

The 6 oz. light-weight fabric will fit you better as you wear it, and it is light and stress-free to wear.

INDIGO is dyed using the ECO dyeing method, which uses strongly alkaline electrolyzed water (highly effective for washing) and strongly acidic electrolyzed water (highly effective for bleaching, sterilization, and color fixing). The use of electrolyzed water reduces the load on the material by eliminating the use of cleaning chemicals and warm water, which are conventionally used, and the dyeing process is environmentally friendly, reducing water pollution, soil contamination, and CO2 emissions. Of course, the hue and fastness of the denim fabric remain the same as before, and you can enjoy a firm vintage feel as it ages.

As with other series, core threads are used for sewing threads to achieve the texture of old models. By using 100% polyester high-strength filaments as the core (core) and wrapping the surface with 100% Supima cotton wadding, this yarn has both the quality and strength of cotton yarns, which become more durable as they are worn in.

This western denim shirt is made of a fabric that can be tasted to fade and change over time like a vintage shirt, and even the stitches and threads have been carefully selected.
