Cash on delivery will be shipped by Yamato Transport (credit installments available).

If you choose "Bank Transfer", please transfer the funds to the following account within 7 business days.

About Paidy
Paidy is a postpaid payment service at convenience stores and banks.
You only need your e-mail address and cell phone number to use the service. No pre-registration or credit card is required. No matter how many times you make purchases in a month, your payment will be combined into one payment for the following month.

About Paidy Payment
The invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month after the month-end closing for the monthly billing fixed amount, and you will be notified by email and SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the following month. The invoice will be sent by email or SMS (short message) by the third day of the month.
Payment can be made at convenience stores, by bank transfer, or by direct debit.
Payment is due by the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be deducted on the 12th*. However, the payment date for January and May may be the 20th*.
Depending on the payment method, a handling fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing), which will be borne by the customer.
*For convenience store payments: 356 yen (tax included)

Although the default setting is for one-time payment only, it is possible to pay after 3 installments with no installment fee (a feature for "Paidy Plus" that includes identification and maximum spending limit setting functions) on the Paidy side. Time of delivery
If there is no specified delivery date, the order will be shipped within 3 days after order acceptance.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, we will ship within 3 days after confirming payment.
Products will be shipped from Tokyo.
There may be delays in delivery due to traffic conditions, weather, etc. Please understand this in advance.
For delivery to Okinawa and remote islands, some items will be delivered by sea, and it may take 1 week to 10 days from shipment to delivery.
In addition, we are unable to provide a clear arrival date.
For the above reasons, we may contact you at a later date to inform you that we are unable to accept your date preference, even if you entered it when you placed your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for customer reasons, such as if the product you ordered is "different from the image" or "the size does not fit" if it meets our returnable conditions.
If you request a return within 7 days of purchase, we will accept returns only if the item is new, unused, and complete with all tags and tags.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return.
We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged, stained, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace the item as soon as possible (both shipping and refund charges will be borne by us). (We will send you a new item as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and refund.
If we do not have the replacement item, we will return the item for a refund at our expense for both shipping and refund.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns of pre-order items, except for defective items.
Please note that if you cancel an order that was paid for with PayPal, we will refund the purchase price minus 4% of the purchase price as a refund fee.

About the point system
We will issue points that can be used at our store when you make a purchase.
