These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by g9g Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms.
Article 1 (Application)

Article 2 (Registration for Use)

- If the Company determines that an applicant for service registration falls under any of the following grounds, it may decline the application for registration and shall bear no obligation to disclose the reasons for doing so.
- If false information is provided in the application for registration;
- if the application is made by a person who has previously violated these Terms;
- or if the Company otherwise determines that the registration is inappropriate.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
- Users shall manage their user ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.
- Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their user ID and password to a third party, nor share them with a third party. If a login occurs using a combination of user ID and password that matches the registered information, the Company will deem the usage to be by the user who registered that user ID.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of a user ID and password by a third party, except in cases where the Company has acted with willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)
- Under this Service, a sales contract shall be deemed concluded when the User submits a purchase application to the Company and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance of said application. Ownership of the relevant products shall transfer to the User at the time the Company hands over the products to the delivery carrier.
- In the event that a User falls under any of the following grounds, the Company may terminate the sales contract referred to in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to said User.
- If the User violates these Terms;
- if product delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown delivery address or prolonged absence;
- or if we otherwise determine that the relationship of trust between us and the User has been compromised.
- Payment methods, delivery methods, procedures for cancelling purchase applications, return procedures, and the like regarding this Service shall be governed by the methods separately stipulated by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights regarding product photographs and other content provided through this Service (hereinafter referred to as "Content") belong to the Company and other legitimate rights holders, such as content providers; users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of such Content without authorization.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts in connection with the use of the Service.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- Acts related to criminal conduct
- Acts infringing upon copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in this Service
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of our servers or networks

- Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services

However, this provision excluding liability shall not apply if the contract between the Company and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a "consumer contract" as defined in the Consumer Contract Act; provided, however, that even in such a case, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the occurrence of such damages was foreseen or foreseeable by the Company or the User) among the damages incurred by the User due to the Company’s default or tortious act resulting from the Company’s negligence (excluding gross negligence).
- We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between a user and another user or a third party in connection with this Service.
Article 11 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
We may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without prior notice to users, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 12 (Amendment of Terms of Use)
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to users if we deem it necessary. Furthermore, if a user begins using the Service after the Terms have been modified, that user shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 14 (Notices or Communications)
Notices or communications between the User and the Company shall be made using methods prescribed by the Company. Unless the User submits a notification of change in accordance with the procedures separately prescribed by the Company, the Company shall deem the currently registered contact information to be valid and send notices or communications to such contact information; these shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of transmission.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
The User may not assign to a third party, or pledge as security, their status under the Service Agreement or any rights or obligations arising from these Terms without our prior written consent.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded with respect to the Service.
- In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
