Refund policy

We will accept returns for customer's reasons such as "the item you ordered was not what you imagined" or "the size does not fit" if the item meets our return policy.

If you request a return within 7 days of purchase, we will accept the return only if the item is new, unused, and complete with all tags, etc. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs related to the return.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return.

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged, stained, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace the item as soon as possible (both shipping and refund charges will be borne by us). (We will send you a new item as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and refund.)

If we do not have the replacement item, we will return the item for a refund at our expense for both shipping and handling.

Please note that if you cancel an order that was paid for with PayPal, we will refund the purchase price minus 4% of the purchase price as a refund fee.
