Refund policy

We will accept returns for customer reasons such as "the item you ordered was not what you imagined" or "the size does not fit" as long as the item meets our return policy.

If you request a return within 7 days of purchase, we will accept the return only if the item is new, unused, and complete with all tags, etc. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges related to the return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item.

If the return is for the customer's own reason, the customer will also be responsible for any handling fees associated with the refund. (Fees: bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card, administrative fees, etc.)
Bank transfer fee for refunds: 330 yen for orders under 50,000 yen / 550 yen for orders over 50,000 yen

Conditions for handling defective productsWe take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged, stained, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace it as soon as possible (both shipping and refund handling fees are included in the price). (We will send you a new item as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and refund.)

If we do not have the replacement item, we will return the item for a refund at our expense for both shipping and handling.

Please note that if you cancel an order paid by PayPal, we will refund you the purchase price minus 4% of the purchase price as a refund fee.
