*Regarding payment : Upon booking, we require a deposit equivalent to either half or the full amount of the product price.

Online Store: You can choose from credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or Paidy.
*Regarding pickup (for in-store reservations)
We will contact you by phone once the product is completed.
At that time, you can choose between picking it up at the store or having it shipped to you.

We will notify you via email once the product is completed and ship it to you.
For reservations paid in full, we will ship the item with shipping costs prepaid. For reservations paid with a 50% deposit, we will ship via cash-on-delivery (COD) for the remaining balance plus the COD handling fee.

For leather garments, we also offer a complimentary semi-custom service that allows you to adjust the sleeve and body lengths based on standard sizes.
