Leather jackets that have experienced combustion

Calf cowhide raw hides are chrome-tanned in Japan, and then tannin is added to finish the leather. In addition to the unique chrome-tanned feel, the tannin gives the jacket a unique tannin flavor that deepens as it is worn.

In addition to its moderate firmness and suppleness, this material stands out for its beautiful tiger pattern and fine texture, which are unique to calf.

After sewing up to the finished product, it is dyed while being burned.
Alcohol and dye are mixed, sprayed, and ignited.

Burning Dyed - Burning Leather Jacket

LEATHER MODEL ID : KAI

The KAI double riders jacket is designed with a narrow double overlap and loops at the hem, reminiscent of vintage riders from the 60's. The front overlap is designed to be narrower, and loops are placed at the hem.

The narrow design of the front overlap reduces the volume characteristic of double riders and creates a sharp front balance.

The zipper uses a zip made by Raccagni of Italy. The smooth opening and closing of the zipper and its excellent durability are the result of the exquisite workmanship of Raccagni, a company that has been producing high-quality zips for many years.

The metal parts that add an elegant shine to the ruggedness of the bag, combined with the texture of the leather, enhance the level of perfection down to the smallest detail.

Except for the front zipper, the rest of the bag is concealed to keep it as simple as possible.

The back is a luxurious single piece.
The sides are gusseted to increase the range of motion.

This item is cut and sewn so that the center of the back of the calf itself comes to the center of the back of the riders. As a result, the tiger pattern (natural wrinkle marks of animals, so called because it looks like a tiger pattern) beautifully extends from the center of the back to the left and right.

The lining is made of high quality " cotton satin" which is usually used for the outer fabric for durability.

ABOUT LEATHER WEAR - 革製品について

弊社製品は、ベジタブルタンニンの鞣し（なめし）の皮革を中心に使っております。ベジタブルタンニン鞣しとは、植物の渋を使い時間と手間を掛け鞣す方法で使えば使う程、柔らかくなり光沢味が出てくるのが特徴です。

もう一つ代表的な鞣しの種類として、クロム鞣しという鞣し方法があります。これは、クロム剤を使った鞣し方法で、タンニン鞣しに比べ短い時間でなめす事ができ、初めから柔らかく、強度が高いのが特徴です。

タンニン鞣しの皮革と比べて、光沢や味が出にくいと言われていますが、鞣し方法や乾燥方法仕上げによって、タンニン鞣しの皮革と比べ遜色のない程光沢や味を出す事が出来ます。

弊社商品では、柔らかさを求めた商品、薄く漉いたり、強度が必要なものには、クロム鞣しの皮革を使っておりこちらも光沢や味が出る様な方法で鞣しております。

皮革業界では、お化粧をした革と言われる、傷を隠す為に顔料で色を吹き付けたものや、色止め剤でコーティングしたものなどは皮革の風合いが損なわれる為、特別な意図がある時のみ使用しており、基本的には、革本来の風合いを生かした、染料で染色したままで仕上げる素上げの革を使っております。

その為、多少の元傷が入る事、染着性が弱く色移りやオイル移りをする事がございます。

また紫外線など、外部要因により、変色褪色する事がございますので、着用、保管時は、十分ご注意の上お取り扱い下さい。

皮革は天然素材の為、同じ革でも、全く同一のものは無く、それぞれの表情、色が若干、異なり、血筋や傷などが見られる事もありますが使い込む程に艶と味の増す、革本来の風合いとしてお楽しみ下さい。

※牛革について・・・生後2年以上の成牛をステア（雄牛）、カウ（雌牛）と呼び、生後6ヶ月未満の原皮生カーフ、生後6ヶ月～2年未満の原皮をキップと呼びます。カーフは肌目がきめ細やかで傷も少なくトラ柄という虎の柄の様なシボ（シワ）が特徴です。

STRUMでは、このトラ柄を最大限に生かし、製品化しております。キップ→ステア、カウになる程、厚くなりフラットな肌目になるのが特徴です。

※馬革、鹿革に関して・・・他の革に比べ、表面に元傷が多く、それらを避けて裁断することは不可能である為、ある程度の傷、ムラが入ります。また、馬革は染料染革時に馬革特有の放射線状のムラが多く見受けられます。革本来の風合い、味としてお楽しみ下さい。

※豚革、フロッキープリントについて・・・パイルと呼ばれる細かい繊維を植毛してプリントを行っています。使用が進むと、繊維の擦れ、抜けなどが予想されます。使う度に味が出る経年変化としてお楽しみ下さい。

※ピットホースシュリンク（STL064）シリーズについて・・・特に傷の多い原皮を選んでなめし、シュリンクさせている為、傷やシボの量、表情など、製品によって大きな個体差がございます。また、原皮の収集に時間のかかる革になっている為、納期が大幅に遅れる可能性がございます。

※シュリンクイタリアンダブルショルダー（STL096,STL100）シリーズについて・・・熱によりシュリンクさせている為、シボの量表情など製品によって大きな個体差がございます。

※バーニングダイ（STL096,099）シリーズについて・・・一点一点、職人の手作業で製品染めを行っている為、部分によって、色ブレ色ムラシミなどがございます。また、縫い目の、隙間は染め切る事が出来ない為、染め抜けがございます。本製品は、着る方の着方により、違う経年変化を起こし、それを楽しむシリーズになります。初めの状態とは別物に経年変化致します事、ご理解下さい。

※6(XL),7(XXL),5G(L),6G(XL),7G(XXL)のサイズは、革の大きさの都合上、サンプルでは入っていない場合もハギが入る場合がございます。

※職人による手作業の為、またはレザーの特性により、サイズに若干のバラツキがある事がございます。
