A leather jacket that has been through a fire
Uses calf leather that has been chrome-tanned in Japan and subsequently infused with tannins.
It combines the supple, springy texture characteristic of chrome-tanned leather with the qualities of vegetable-tanned leather, which develops greater character the more it is worn.
This leather offers a balance of firmness and suppleness; it features a fine grain while also possessing strength.
After the garment is fully sewn, it is garment-dyed while being subjected to a burning process.
Mix alcohol and dye, spray, and ignite.
Burning Dyed – Burning a Leather Jacket
After the flame spreads to the alcohol, it transfers to the dye, causing a reaction that changes the dye's color; the resulting scorching creates a unique, uneven appearance.
The flame is extinguished before it can spread to the leather, thereby setting the dye. The resulting charred dye creates unique variations in shading and texture, lending the leather an air of elegance and allure.
Burning Dyed: BLACK SNOW
"BLACK SNOW" is crafted by dyeing the leather dark gray and then applying a black burning-dye finish after the product has been assembled.
White wax is applied over a dark gray base and black tonal variations, then worked in by hand using heat to create a complex, three-dimensional finish.
As the garment is worn, the white wax gradually wears off, making the black tones more distinct. Additionally, the dark gray base layer reveals itself through the pull-up effect; the layering of these three stages of change creates a color that offers a rich, dimensional aging process.

下地までBurning Dyedの染め色と同系色で芯通ししているため、経年変化しても同系色の中で濃淡が深まっていくタイプ。色相を大きく変えず、コントラストが強まることで、立体感のある表情へと変化していきます。

The RAVEN is a standard double-rider jacket model featuring a striking double-zipper design and underarm gussets that enhance freedom of movement.
The zipper is manufactured by the Italian company Raccagni. Its smooth operation and exceptional durability reflect the exquisite craftsmanship characteristic of Raccagni, a company with a long history of producing high-quality zippers.
Metal components that add a touch of elegant luster to the rugged aesthetic harmonize with the texture of the leather, elevating the level of perfection down to the finest detail.
The pocket zippers are designed to be concealed, while the front double zipper and cuff zippers feature exposed elements to make them stand out.
This is a signature STRUM model that strips away the rugged image of the double rider's jacket, resulting in an elegant finish.

Gussets under the arms ensure a wide range of arm movement.
This item is cut and sewn so that the center of the calfskin hide aligns with the center back of the rider's jacket. This arrangement allows the "tiger stripe" pattern—natural wrinkles in the hide that resemble the markings of a tiger—to spread beautifully outward to the left and right from the center of the back.

For the lining, we used high-quality cotton satin—a material typically reserved for outer fabrics—to ensure durability.

Please note that damage to or defects in attached parts such as zippers and snap buttons, as well as aging, abrasion, scratches, stains, and other conditions resulting from wear and use, are not covered by the warranty.
