About the payment method
We accept only "Credit Card Payment", "PayPal", "Bank Transfer", and "Paidy" as payment methods.
When you make a reservation, you can choose "half payment" or "full payment" from the product options. -
About the time of payment
In the case of credit card payment, the reservation will be completed after the order is completed, and in the case of bank transfer, the reservation will be completed after the transfer is confirmed. (As a general rule, please transfer the money within 7 days of your order.)
For customers who have placed a reservation with "half payment", we will ship the product after completion of the order with "half of the remaining amount on delivery" (COD will be charged to the customer). (The COD fee will be borne by the customer.) -
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept any cancellations or refunds for orders that have been confirmed as pre-ordered. -
Receiving the order
If you have placed a reservation with "half-price payment" and have not received your order within 3 months after notification of product completion, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. - Due to production reasons, we may stop accepting reservations for certain products without notice during the period.
The authentic engineer boots made without compromise in leather, sewing, and specifications.
STRUM's first short engineer boots since the release in 2020 A/W under the name of Session, and STRUM's first engineer boots in 9 years since 2016 A/W.
The wooden pattern has an authentic and classic silhouette with more volume at the vamp (toe) than STRUM's previous products. The sole is made of Vibram #4014.
Sewing is, of course, by the gut-ear welt method, which is highly durable and water-resistant.
Two pieces of full tannin leather, one on the sole lift and one more on the heel side, are piled up and sewn into the welt to create a heel height of 4.2 cm, giving the shoe a stately appearance.
While many boots are sewn with synthetic rubber stacked on the welt, the luxurious use of genuine tanned leather creates an uncompromisingly authentic engineer's boot.
Size : The length is the same as conventional STRUM boots, but the instep is a little higher.

LEATHER MODEL ID : MATILDA
The MATILDA has a narrower shaft for wearing pants in and out, and is equipped with a back zip to eliminate the hassle of putting on and taking off pants.
The sole can be replaced multiple times due to the Goodyear welt manufacturing method.

The leather is double-shouldered by ITALPEL, a tannery in Santa Croce, Tuscany, Italy.
The leather is 100% vegetable tanned, dyed and cored, smooth leather with a strong oil content, made by the traditional bucketta method.
The sole is Vibram #4014 and the back zip is made of highly durable YKK Excela.

ベジタブルタンニン鞣しとは、植物の渋を使い時間と手間を掛け鞣す方法で、使えば使う程柔らかくなり光沢・味が出てくるのが特徴です。
＊クロム鞣しとは？
クロム鞣しとは、クロム剤を使った鞣し方法で、タンニン鞣しに比べ短い時間で鞣す事ができ、初めから柔らかく強度が高いのが特徴です。
タンニン鞣しの皮革と比べて、光沢や味が出にくいと言われていますが、鞣し方法や乾燥方法仕上げによって、タンニン鞣しの比較と比べ遜色のない程光沢や味を出す事が出来ます。
弊社商品では柔らかさを求めた商品、薄く漉いたり強度が必要なものにはクロム鞣しの皮革を使っており、こちらも光沢や味が出るような方法で鞣しております。
＊革製品に関しての注意事項
皮革業界では、お化粧をした革と言われる、顔料で色を吹き付けたものや、色止め剤でコーティングしたものなどは、皮革の風合いが損なわれる為、特別な意図が無い限り弊社では使用しておりません。
基本的には革本来の風合いを生かした、染料で染色したままで仕上げる素上げの革を使っております。
その為、染着性が弱く色移りやオイル移りをする事がございますので、着用、保管時は十分ご注意の上、お取り扱い下さい。
製品染め、加工品では一点一点職人の手作業の為、製品、部分によって色ブレ、色ムラ、シミなどがある事がございます。
また、皮革は天然素材の為、同じ革でも全く同一のものは無く、それぞれの表情、色が若干異なり、血筋や傷などが見られる事もありますが、使い込む程に艶と味の増す、革本来の風合いとしてお楽しみ下さい。 * What is vegetable tanned?
Vegetable tanned is a method of tanning using the astringency of plants, taking time and effort.
The more you use it, the softer it becomes and the more glossy and beauty it becomes.
* What is chrome tanned?
Chromium tanned is a tanning method that uses a chrome agent.
It can be tanned in a shorter time than vegetable tanned, and is characterized by being soft and strong from the beginning.
It is said that it is less glossy and tasteful than vegetable tanned leather, but depending on the tanning method and drying method finish, it can be as glossy and tasteful as compared to tannin tanned leather.
Our products use chrome tanned leather for products that require softness, and those that require thinness or strength, and are also tanned in a way that gives them luster and taste.

ご注文の商品が「イメージと違った」「サイズが合わない」場合など、お客様のご都合による返品は当店返品可能条件を満たしていれば承ります。
商品購入後7日以内に返品のお申し入れを頂きました場合につきまして、新品未使用で下げ札等全て揃った状態に限り返品をお受付いたします。
なお返送に係わる送料につきましてはお客様ご負担でお願い致します。
不良品の取扱条件商品の品質は万全を期しておりますが、万が一商品が破損・汚損していた場合、またはご注文と異なる場合は、7日以内にご連絡頂ければ早急に交換処理させていただきます。（送料・返金手数料共に当店負担で早急に新品をご送付いたします）
交換商品がない場合に関しましては、送料・返金手数料共に当店負担で返品返金処理をさせて頂きます。
