Based on the "DEADLOCK" model unveiled during the 2026-27 A/W pre-order period, this version has been reimagined in beige suede, offering a distinct aesthetic compared to the black smooth leather original.

MODEL ID : DEADLOCK

A model reconstructed based on STRUM's early engineer boots, with a revised welt thickness and overall balance.

The vamp (toe area) is designed to be slim, while the nose is set slightly longer.
It features a silhouette that emphasizes the line rising sharply from the shaft.

The welt width is kept ample, while the thickness is adjusted.
While retaining the substantial feel characteristic of work boots, we have refined the silhouette to create a sharper profile when viewed from the side.

It is made using the Goodyear welt construction method.
The sole is replaceable, and the construction is designed for long-term use.

The shaft is crafted from a single piece of full-grain leather—rather than split leather—with its thickness adjusted to create a gathered, shirred effect. Instead of a belt and buckle, the top of the shaft features a zipper closure, ensuring compatibility even with slimmer-fitting trousers (utilizing zippers from the Italian manufacturer Raccagni).

A STRUM original buckle is used for the instep strap.
The sole is Vibram's #700, characterized by a chevron pattern and excellent grip.

A high-performance insole is used, providing full support from the heel to the arch.
Offering excellent shock absorption and stability, they provide a level of comfort that you can feel the moment you slip them on.

These are authentic boots that combine design, functionality, and durability, allowing you to enjoy them for ten or twenty years to come.

The leather used is from domestic Kuroge (Black-haired) steers.
