This product is 2023-24 A/W advance reservation goods. We will produce by the above delivery date.
Please note that the product will not be shipped immediately after ordering, so please order on your understanding in advance.

Payment Methods
We accept only "Credit Card Payment", " PayPal", "Bank Transfer", and "Paidy" as payment methods.
When you make a reservation, you can choose "half payment" or "full payment" from the product options.
For credit card payment, the reservation will be completed after the order is completed, and for bank transfer, the reservation will be completed upon confirmation of the bank transfer. (As a general rule, please transfer the money within 7 days of your order.)
For customers who have placed a reservation with "half payment", we will ship the product after completion of the order with "half of the remaining amount on delivery". (The COD fee will be borne by the customer.)

Cancellations:
We do not accept any cancellations or refunds for orders that have been confirmed as pre-orders.
Regarding receipt
If you have made a reservation with "half-price payment" and have not received the product after 3 months have passed after notification of product completion, we will cancel your reservation and we will not refund the deposit that we have received.
