Uses natural uneven yarn that is a mixture of Turkish organic virgin cotton and Indian organic fallen cotton.
By using 2% polyurethane, it has sufficient stretchability and realizes non-stress comfort.
For dyeing, ECO dyeing method using hypochlorous acid water (high cleaning effect) obtained by electrolyzing water and hypochlorous acid water (high bleaching, sterilization / color fixing effect) is used. By using electrolyzed water, cleaning chemicals that have been commonly used in the past, and by not using hot water, the load on the material is reduced, and dyeing that considers the global environment such as water pollution, soil pollution, and reduction of CO2 emissions. It is dyed by the law. Of course, the hue and fastness are the same as before, and it is a denim fabric that you can enjoy aging with a solid vintage feel.
For sewing thread, core thread that realizes the texture of the old model is used. By using a high-strength filament made of 100% polyester as the core and wrapping the surface with 100% Supima cotton wadding, it is a thread that has both the goodness and strength of cotton thread that gives off a taste each time you wear it.
