This shaggy raised check fabric has a soft texture and is made of yarn-dyed 30/2 cotton yarn for both the warp and weft.
The dyeing process is called speck dyeing, in which fine dye powder is gathered into lumps by hand, and when each grain adheres to the yarn, it becomes a speck of dye powder. The unique unevenness and scraggly texture is expressed by using a special dyeing technique called speck dyeing, in which fine dye powder is gathered into lumps by hand, and when each grain adheres to the yarn, it permeates the yarn as if it were shaggy.
The pattern of all parts, including the yoke and pockets, are cut and sewn to match each other, giving the shirt the appearance of a single piece of fabric, giving it a luxurious feel.

This knit fabric is made of looped fancy yarn, knitted on a 10G knitting machine, and dyed afterwards.
The difference in dyeing between wool and acrylic creates shades of gray, and the black yarn of pre-dyed ester knitted into the weft is accented by the black yarn of pre-dyed ester, giving the knit an elegant look with depth and a sense of luxury. The knit and sewn knitwear is made of wool and acrylic.
Although this is a knit and sewn garment, the pattern is made with as few transitions as possible, giving it a knit-like look.

Goat suede is used for the crown and visor. The back adjustment belt is made of steer leather with the STRUM logo stamped in silver foil.
The right side of the visor is decorated with a German silver crosspiece as a point of interest.
